I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for about 8 years. He is one of the best Docs I have had and I have had a few. Very thorough and actually listens to you as the patient. Dr. James Phillips 11/3/2006

My husband and I both have been more than pleased with Dr. Phillips and the staff of Delphia Family Practice. The office staff is exceptional and always takes that extra minute to listen and do for their patients. We have been in other offices and there is no comparison in service. My husband has had some serious health issues these past few years and Dr. Phillips has always been there for us as well as referring to the needed specialists. Dr. Phillip's affiliation with Olathe Medical Center is to be commended. The excellent care given at OMC has been more than 5 star in each visit both out-patient as well as in-patient. Dr Nottingham 8/4/2005

When it came time to choose a pediatrician I ended up choosing a family practice doctor instead. Dr Nottingham still visited both of my infants in the hospital and has subsequently provided us with excellent care. He is practical, and does not push unnecessary procedures. His staff is friendly and professional. more
