When the banking software company I work for out grew our branch office in White Plains I had to find the new location. I knew the Delphi name from other deals they had done in my building so I called them off one of their signs downtown. Within 2 weeks Delphi found a space my company loved and negotiated a deal which saved us a ton of money over the renewal in our existing cramped office. The Delphi folks were honest and dependable and they made me look great! One piece of advice, don't wait until the last minute. These guys are pretty busy. Pros: Diligent, honest, and knowledgeable. Cons: Very busy. more
