I dread to think about it but I will soon have to call Dell Technical support. There is no where in my area to fix my computer. So they try to keep you on the phone forever to fix the problem. I have a full warranty on my computer, and it has already been sent back to Dell twice. Their technical support team seems to only foreign people. I would have no problem with this if they could understand me and I could understand them. Plus I can’t always move around my computer and do what they want me to do. I have to have my aide call for these reasons. I had to call their customer service for technical support about twenty times and I have sent my computer back to them twice and will have to do so again. I will never buy another Dell laptop again.
