This tiny winery was "...declared twice one of the top 100 wines of the world by “Wine Enthusiast Magazine”." http://delillecellars.com/Winery.htm Their on site staff members show amazing courtesy to guests, their site is one of the most pleasant to visit during wine events. They apparently sell only limited quantities to any given buyer, to prevent anyone from hording their harvest. (some random Wine Snob talk from their site:) "The wine is youthful yet showing deep extracted aromas...with aromas of deep black fruits, meatiness, leather, five-spice, ripe herbs and violets. Expansive flavors of complex ripe black fruits, cherries and minerals, all in a rich yet elegant package. ... Dark regal ruby color. Bright aromas of cocoa, blackberries, fresh currants and black pepper spice. ... Concentrated chocolate and raspberries are combined with espresso, white pepper and a floral nose. It is dense and dark with a wonderful plush mouth-feel and expressive balance. ... Copious amounts of butter and cream notes. Good acidity yet open and delicious with a very long finish."
