Worst movers... Super slow and not at all delicate... Save yourselves. \r \r Truly unprofessional movers trained in all the tricks to delay their job. It took us 2 hours to move 0 miles from a 1 bedroom to 1 bedroom with study apartment last time, with other movers, including bed reassembly. With only addition of 1 bed, 2 cribs. 2 bookshelves and 1 changing table your guys took 8 hours to move 1 mile, without bed reassembly . This is really obnoxious. Even with boxes packed and stacked, they would just unstack them one by one to load onto dolly or carry one box at a time. That doesn't mean it's a delicate move - they broke my dresser's leg and no apologies or compensation for it. more

First time customer but good experience! Movers were courteous and professional; showed up within estimated timeframe. For what I was moving, didn't feel the need to have everything wrapped; everything arrived safely and in one piece.\r \r Pricing competitive with other movers in the area and no superfluous charges l like others. Good value! more

Excellent Experience Again !\r \r They have moved us within Dallas a couple of times, to Florida from Dallas and they also moved my parents from Arizona to Dallas. I have also stored furniture with them.\r \r Charles and his team never disappoint and have always provided the highest level of customer service. Everything was wrapped and arrived safely. Our last move presented a couple of challenges with some heavy pieces going to the second floor via a narrow twisting stair case -- and they were up to the challenge. I recommend them unequivocally and without qualification.\r \r I think I still have one more move in my future and I know that I will call Delicate Moving. more

I was referred to this moving company by a close friend whom I trust. He was completely correct in speaking of the professionalism and the care taken with my belongings. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends, and real estate clients. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in pads and then the pads were wrapped in plastic. They were cost effective and efficient. more

Great experience! James scheduled our move over the phone and emailed an estimate. He said it would take an hour and a half and it was exactly that. Everything was covered in pads or shrink wrapped and nothing was damaged! A very painless experience! more

Good experience from beginning to end. I was on a very tight budget and had allotted a specific amount for my move. The two movers sent explained in detail what they believed they should do and why, as far as wrapping and protecting the furniture, and how long it would take total. They were very mindful of the time and and very kind to work work with. They worked the entire time and never slowed down. I got exactly what I had hoped for as far as cost and outcome. I definitely recommend Delicate Moving above other movers I've used in the past and would use them in the future, no doubt. more

Good experience overall; initial set-up and information was succinct and clear. The arrival window I was given was sometime between 2-4 p.m. and I hadn't heard anything by 3:45. I called and was told that the team's first move of the day was running late. Long story short, arrived at 5 and finished at 10. Other than this hiccup, had a very good experience and would recommend. more

Excellent service, beginning with the initial phonecall to inquire about rates, throughtout the move, ending in payment with no surprises or hidden costs. Planning to obtain several quotes, Jennie (lady who booked move) was so informative, kind, and helpful. I booked without another call. This was a very easy move, my possessions were handled with care, no time was wasted. I will use them again! more

Dallas' Best Mover 3/20/2012

Overall an excellent experience. Hard working, deligent, efficient and knowledgeable workers. They were very organized and handled dismantling and reassembling furniture with little if no effort with over 6000 sq. ft. plus of furnitur and a three car garage.Having had a horrible experinece with a previous move, I was fearful of this move. I am delighted to say the day went very well! more

These guys were great! They took us from Plano to Dallas and made sure everything was protected in blankets before loading and put our beds back together at our new house. Will use again as they worked fast and efficiently! more

Great Experience! 2/8/2012

I cannot say enough good things about my moving experience! The lady who booked me was very personal and sweet, the guy who came out to do my estimate was very courteous, and the movers, Charles and the other two men with him, were great. They were careful with my furniture, made sure everything was wrapped up before they put it on the truck, and put everything back together after they unloaded at our new home! It was overall a great moving experience and I will call them again in the future! more
