Deleted - Sage at 1825 Apartments

Do not move here! I ,unfortionatly, have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this is by far the worst. The office is absolutly unresponsive. My upstairs neighbor had a fire in his place in the middle of the night, we called the fire department and the emergency # for the apartments, the emergency # didn't even work. Good luck if you put a work order in for anything, fixing things is their last priority. more

We were here temporarily waiting for our house to be built-- we hadn't lived in an apt for 20+ years and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are usually carried out w/i the next day. The pool and workout equipment are clean. The internet cafe has been helpful even though we have cable in our apt. My neighbors are not noisy at all. Overall, there are just normal people living here -- people who go to work, families, & singles. There are school-aged children in the complex and usually about 5:00pm, they head to the pool. It has easy access to NB I-35 -- you just take the shortcut to Grand. There are restaurants, a movie theatre, fast food, miniature golf, ice skating, dry cleaners and La Frontera shopping closeby. If I had 1 complaint, it's that the dog owners clean up after their animals. Hope that helps someone. Pros: friendly staff more
