these people seem to believe i owe them money when I've never been on the lease. my father lived there and hated it. He passed away with rent payed in full and now this park owner seems to think i owe him 1300 dollars? he""s bonked his head! Larry Foster is not an honest person and cannot be trusted.. The Oaks trailer park did a better job at managing the this place. more

not recommended,these people lost all the papers of the lease which had social security numbers, number of driver's license, bank account numbers of the truck license I was asked to fill out another form,I answer what happened to my other form,they answered we lost your papers,I told them if my papers do not appear, I'll take you to court.Two days later I received a note saying,you have to move your mobile home outside of the trailer park,on may 31 at 5 pm,or you will be convicted to fines and many other things. thanks for taking the time to read this,review but if you want a happy place to live this is not the place. more
