Del Norte has more branches in and around town than my ""big bank"" does. The service is actually personal -- the receptionist (what other bank has a receptionist who actually helps you?) remembered my name after saying it one time. And with a full suite of online services and top ratings from the financial ratings agencies, oh, and low fees and great rates, del Norte makes it very worth your while to switch. The thing that surprised me the most -- well after the friendliness-- was that anyone who lives in the 14 northern counties can join!
