Very personable 7/7/2010

I am always nervious anytime I use a new person for anything, I have been burned many times and don't like not knowing someone for a while before I try them out, but you can't always get away with that, so I gave them a call and for first impressions, they made me feel very comfortable. The lady seemed nice and genuine, listening to my concerns, and then offering to help. Thank you. more

I heard about them from a neighbor who said that she and her husband had been using them for a little while now and that I should check them out. So I did and I see why Jennifer speaks so highly of these guys. I am recommending them now to anyone reading this as a 'neighbor'. Pleasant experience 7/7/2010

I was really having a bad day to begin with and had all sorts of things go wrong with getting the kids off to school and dealing with a crazy dog who doesn't listen, so needless to say I was grateful to deal with someone who was cheerful and helped make at least part of my day go right. Thanks for giving me a moment to breathe. more

I was surprised to get such an excellent service. I am use to not getting very helpful or friendly people, (probably because I am very impatient and some would argue mean) however, if they didn't like anything they put up with me anyway and I didn't know any different. They were very sweet. more
