We bought a used truck from these guys, I liked the truck its self. However I got a nice suprise when I got my title in the mail 6 weeks later. (I paid Cash) When I opened the title. I found out that I had over paid for a ""R"" title truck. When I called the dealer ship I was told that I was nuts, cause they told me it was an ""R"" title. However neither my wife or daughter ever heard that word from their mouth. I would not send an enemy to these guys. I am seeking legal advice. more

I got a 1996 Olds Cutlass from them got a 30 day warranty on motor transmission which wasnt needed as it ran great after 2 months had a issue with busted/corroded break lines and they replaced the lines for only $240...you cant beat that anywhere if you're looking for a used car in the beaver county area, i definitely recommend Del Hon more

I looked at a Jeep and the owner was very nice and pleasant. I asked him if I could take it to my mechanic and he said no problem. I took it to my mechanic. My mechanic advised against it because of an oil leak that could not be easily traced(possibly main seal). I went back and told him that I would not be purchasing the vehicle and he asked why-well that started the verbal tirade. He started swearing at me. I choose to say nothing. He followed me for about 30 feet swearing at me as I walked off the lot. more

I've heard many things about this dealership. But my experience and a few people i know, have nothing bad to say. The men are very blunt and truthful. I was very satisfied. car was only there 2 days before i bought it. more

got a car...had some issues, even though the warranty company wouldn't cover the engine problems...they took it upon themselves to make sure it got taken care of and i had a new engine in the car. few other little ticks and all i had to do was bring it back and they fixed there on the spot. We had made a downpayment on a car on a Thursday evening. We applied for financing at a bank the following day and left for the weekend. That application was turned down on Monday so we couldn't complete the deal. When we came back for the downpayment check, the owners both raised their voices and blamed us for not purchasing the car. They said they could have sold the car to someone else over the weekend but could not reach us. That is true, we were out of town. But had they reached us, we would have confirmed we still wanted the car, since we thought the financing would come thru on Monday. In their business you would think they would have learned by now that the customer is always right, that you win some, you lose some, you want to treat people nicely so they'll come back. I bought a car from them for my wife. They lied about there being a warranty. The car lasted one week before it stopped working. The ignition was bad because the car had been previously stolen. In addition the gas tank was leaking, the frame was rotted and it was leaking power steering fluid. Plus they had put on a new inspection sticker with all of these unsafe things. They refused to give us a refund on this unsafe vehicle. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!! EVER!!! They are liers and cheats. Cons: Lies, Cheating, Fraudulence, unsafe vehicles passed off as safe VERY BAD!!!!! more
