Deja Vu Designer Showroom

the previous poster obviously had an axe to grind so his/her post should be taken with a grain of salt. We have bought countless items from Deja Vu and have never had a bad experience. The sales staff is anything but rude and the store is a delight to wander through and discover things. They do a masterful job of turning their inventory and you can visit weekly and find numerous new additions. It's by far the best accessorizing store in the Indpls. area. more

Staff agreed that delivery man would deliver extremely large painting and pick up for return if it did not work out, all of which was for no additional charge. Once the painting was in my house and it was obvious it would not work out, I called the store to have it returned. At that time the staff told me that they would not honor their previous arrangement and I would have to find my own means of returning the painting. I only bought the painting knowing that it could easily be returned and refunded as they had promised. I was trying to give a small time operation in Brownsburg a chance but was disappointed in the service and won't be back. Pros: Easy to find Cons: Store is cluttered in a disorganized mess and sales staff is unreliable and rude. more
