I go back about twelve to fifteen years with Deja Vu Audio. It markets itself as a high end audio store, however, Vu isn't pushy at all. In fact, he tries to educate novices even the more experienced audiophiles. In another, sense, he doesn't try to sell the most expensive systems to a customer. He'll pair and configure certain systems together to make the best for each customer.
Maybe the customer goes in there thinking they need something, but Vu will let them know what's available and won't ever try to sell you the most expensive product they have, no, he'll find exactly what will fit the customer's needs. He spends time with each client and stays within their price range. He is very patient, very passionate about the service he's providing. He's not big boutique stores. He's got the bottom of the line to top of the line.
It's amazing, but people all over the country will call him or drop by if they're in town just to pick his brain. He's remarkable. He's constantly exploring and educating all the clients he meets and has fun doing it.
