Bob I, and Jeff were professional and completed a top notch installation. Both were very pleasant to deal with and laid down protective tarps and plastic on carpet and wore shoe covers to protect the cleanliness of our home. They were knowledgeable and skillful and I would definitely recommend them. Like any project, any necessary modifications were discussed with the owner to ensure complete satisfaction. It was a pleasure getting to talk with them know them during the installation. Highly recommended. more

they were better than technicians.. they were MAGICIANS 9/1/2017

Deiter bros corrected a mess left behind by a competitor. The competitor drastically undersized several connectors causing restrictions and to top it off had the flow reversed. Rev and Andrew spent time mapping out the situation and then dove in to correct all the problems.. the baseboard send and return now look like a million bucks and performs that way also. I would recommend Dieter Bros and especially these technicians to anybody. more

Excellent Customer Service / Very Pleased! 4/26/2017

I recently had a Weil-McLain Eco Boiler installed and am very happy with the service I was provided. Terry, Joe and Bob not only did professional work, but they were courteous and answered every question I had. They were very clean and punctual, and left me knowing I made the right choice when I decided to change providers and use Deiter Bros. I would recommend without hesitation and cannot be more thankful. more

Replacement Central A/C installation 4/21/2017

Bob, Terry and Joe did an excellent installation. They were very polite and respectful to my wife and I and they answered all of our questions pertaining to their work and the installed equipment. They also left our home as clean as it was when they first arrived. Overall cost was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend Deiter Brothers to anyone. Joe K. more

Emergency After Hours Service Call 2/26/2017

Bob called me within 15 minutes of me calling their office. He was at the house about 20 minutes later and had the problem figured out and resolved within about 15 minutes. Service on furnace 1/19/2017

Hi I'm Daniel Lacy Whitehall. I like to say that Terry did a excellent job on my furnace.I would give him 5 stars but I never give out the max. I've had other companies come in and service my furnace but they were not quite as thorough. Other companies just came in and out leaving my furnace sounding weird Thanks to Terry it's purring like a kitten because he took his time and did it right. I Thank You. more

New Utica Keystone II Boiler Installed -- Professional Job! 11/7/2016

Eric Mumbauer and Manual L. arrived at 8:00 a.m. and left at 4:30pm. They are wonderful ASSETS to Deiter Bros. They removed an 81 year old Wagner Boiler (heavy, tedious work) and installed a new Utica Keystone II Boiler in one day. They cleaned up the work area with meticulous pride. They gave us the instructions needed to maintain the boiler. They take PRIDE in their work and we appreciate that Deiter Bros. hire such professionals. Thank you so much. more

Ryan S. at Deiter Bros. is a very good technician who has worked on my a.c. system for several years. He comes to the property with a great attitude, and maintains the system in a competent, professional manner. He never complains if an issue comes up that may require him to work up in a hot attic longer than expected etc. From this customer's point of view, he is a pleasure to have around for the work that needs be done. more

Roof Top Unit Replacement 8/17/2016

We use Dieter Brothers for all our HVAC needs. I think their staff is the best. Scott W. always makes sure our needs are met. Steve D. has been our technician from the time we first started using Dieter Brothers. I can't say enough nice things about him. He is always professional and has a vast knowledge to fix any problems we have. It's because of their great staff, we continue to use Dieter Brothers. more
