I was mailed a letter from this KJD DeGroote CPA, P.C. soliciting for new clients. It read One of the most difficult jobs when moving to a new area is finding professionals that you can trust to take care of your needs. This was the first paragraph. Well I gave this office my taxes on April 02, 2008. I contacted them on several occasions and was told that my taxes were being worked on. On April 15, 2008 I contacted them and they stated that an extension was placed on my taxes that they were unable to complete them by April 15, 2008. The last call was placed on May 01, 2008 and again they were being worked on. I spoke to Mr Degroote himself and was told that they took time off after the 15th and were back in the office but other cleints would take precedence over mine. Pros: Nice Letter Mailed Cons: Service was not there more
