I was recommended here by some locals and am quite sorry I ever chose to do business with the team here. While they are somewhat nice, their lack of professional attitude was quite shocking to me. Estimates are done on scratch pads- nothing formal and no proper follow up given. I should have know then... I still chose to go ahead and place an order and when I went into the store to do so, I was given a ""new girl"" whom I had to help thru the ordering system! I was telling her how to write up the forms- CRAZY! They require payment up front, yet no actual contract, again- amateur hour. I then had to supply the fonts as they could not figure outvhow to go about getting them even thou one of the companys they rep for has it to offer. Smart business tells you to call the vendor and ASK them to supply the font to you...but no, I had to do the sales work for them and get it provided myself. I also had to supply the map (a few times) as they only have one email address for the whole company and could not ""find it"". I guess they all share and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. When I started to get my proofs- they were not done in a timely fashion, they did not make the changes I requested, they kept sending me the same file name, but a different file so it made it very hard to keep track of right versus wrong, and the customer service was horrible. Haphazzard and sporadic is how I would best describe. I would send emails and have to wait a few days for a response. When it came time to proofs, there was not written follow up of ""what"" you were approving- ie size, color etc. This is no way to do business especially in such a tight economy when money is hard earned. If this is how it is with invitations, I simply cannot fathom having them do an event for me! Forgive me, but when I pay someone money to do something, I think they should do so without being babysat. I would never do business here again or recommend to anyone.
