Called Deerwood Florist and gave the item number that I was looking at on the web site.. Although, the arrangement was nice and they did make a speedy delivery, it was nothing like the picture and not what I had expected. I am very dissapointed... I usually send my fiance' flowers 1-2 times a month and thought I would give them a try because they are close despite the negative reviews on the internet. I'll find someone a little further away and get what I expect next time. Again, they looked nice but it was not what I anticipated nor what I wanted. The customer service when I called to let them know that I was unhappy with what I got was poor at best. The man that answered the phone tried to explain that flower arrangements are one sided in the picture but are round when made??? Certainly you shouldn't display and sell two different things, clearly they advertise something to make it look bigger and fuller yet deliver something else. I tried to explain my position to him and all he wanted to say was that I was being ugly and that they would gladly go pick them up... Come on, REALLY??? Go pick them up? Seriously? That is a tactic for me to say "Oh-No, please don't do that". I wasn't looking for a refund in the first place, I was simply trying to voice my concern as a disapointed customer. I think I'll follow the review's recommendations next time and use another florist. Thanks for the speedy delivery, I would have gladly paid a bit more for a much fuller arrangement like what was shown in the advertisement and I will certainly use another Florist next time.
