Disappointed with wear of tires and quality.Disappointed that work was done without calling me to do the work.

Always satisfied with the work done. On a busy day they were able to accommodate me quickly especially since I was able to leave my car them so they could fit me in. Happy I had decided to purchase my tires from them and continue to have my car serviced there. more

Prompt and excellent professional service. 1/16/2014

The manager and staff extended every courtesy. They have a wide selection of tires to choose from and provided suggestions and guidance without any pressure. They completed the work within the estimated time they indicated---in fact fifteen minutes earlier. This is now the second time I've used them for tire replacement and I would highly recommend them without hesitation---Great Manager and wonderful staff. more

Fixed the valve there and then 1/8/2014

Clean, courteous, updates offered, tyre valve fixed and back to work within an hour. Given that I dropped in unscheduled I couldn't ask for any more. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Although I could access the WiFi router it would not allow me to connect to the internet so I was unable to work during that time. Small price to pay for being able to be back on the road safe and sound during the freezing, icy weather. more

The people running the store are not only good at what they do but are truly interested in taking care of customers. I sent my daughter in for some simple work to be done with the confidence that they would take care of her and make her comfortable which they did. more

Brought my car in with a check engine light problem. Mechanics were able to get the light off however the car had major problems after I picked up the car. Brought the car to dealer. They fixed it. People at Deerfield were very nice, however, I don't think they have the capability of solving complex problems. more

Smooth process 11/18/2013

Purchased 4 new tires. First time using this shop. Their website made it very easy to get total cost and print the estimate to bring into the shop so communication was clear. Tires I wanted were in stock and they were able to schedule the install next day at the time I needed. I was greeted at my car when I parked and escorted into and out of the shop. They were even able to replace the dead battery in my key fob. Great customer service. So far, so good with the tires and the alignment. more
