I've been here 7yrs and deerfield apts have went down so badly that now i have to find another location for me and my kids to live. The mangement doesn't even care that people kid...

I've been here 7yrs and deerfield apts have went down so badly that now i have to find another location for me and my kids to live. The mangement doesn't even care that people kids are involved in all kinds of activities here. And she's told more than one tenant that her job stops at 5:00pm. I thought as a manager that her concerns should be the protection and safety of all the residents. more

worst place to live 9/9/2006

The management at Deerfield does not provide the security and displays an attitude of I don't care. She is very hateful to residents and has destroyed our complex. I have never seen so much turmoil in one apartment complex as it is in Deerfield. The inappropriate activities that are happening on the patios is ridiculous; management knows and does not plan on doing anything about it. In order for Deerfield to be the nice community it was 5 years ago, Germany McNeal needs to be removed. more

Deerfields has really gone down hill since January there has been alot of drama around these apartments. more
