Get your billing department and office staff sorted out. When a patient whose family has been with you for several years has MULTIPLE billing errors it is a bad thing. When your office staff refers to her as b**ch in front of her husband, it is a worse thing. When Aetna insurance informs them that the legal department is opening an insurance fraud investigation due to repetitive issues with inaccurate, inflated, untimely billing procedures, it is a terrible thing. If you are going to refuse a patient, who is in pain, services due to an ""outstanding balance"" you can not provide adequate documentation for, that is unforgivable. I am very sad that this has happened. I have insisted for quite some time to stay with your offices. I have seen your medical staff provide full prescription samples to the elderly and those who have expressed concern that they cannot afford their prescriptions. That is why I have been loyal. I would prefer to give my money to an office with that type of ethic. But it appears that as willing as your medical staff is to help your patients, your office staff is only seeking to hinder their care in order to cover up their incompetence. And yes, I have tried to speak with either your office manager or yourself in reference to this. I am consistently stonewalled by your office staff and cannot get past your ""Accounts Manager"" with my complaint.
