Deepa Auto Repairs

Recently I visited this repair facility for axle noise and paid for both axle, they promised me that I have life long warranty, after repair within a short period my Axle broke into two pieces, lucky I was not in highway when that happens. I contacted store, but they never bothered to reply my inquiry. I strongly believe they charged for new and used some old part fixed temporally, so my advise stay away from this repair facility, they are not trusty worthy...... more

These guys are a bunch of thugs. They will tell you something is wrong with your car even when there is nothing wrong just to get money out of you. They would stoop to any level to make money. They are the worst people I have come across in last 10 years I have been in Woodbridge area. Beware of this auto shop ! Do not go to this auto shop ever !! more

Take my opinion and go to this guys. My experience says I used to deal with all kind of people from long time but this guys are bessst. more

I took my car for inspection (check engine light is on) at Deepa, they charged me about 600 dollar to fix something and I passed. They told me I need new tires and I was happy to have passed the inspection so I bought from them. I paid for two Bridgestone tires for my part-time 4-wheel drive. Few days later when i put it into 4-wheel drive, the car swerved dangerously, when I attempted to put it back into 2-wheel drive, it wouldn't and was locked up in 4-wheel drive mode. I found out that he installed tires that were smaller that what I purchased, causing damage to transmission and other 4-wheel drive mechanisms. I brought it back and they put the right size on. After I left I realized i was too trusting to not check and simply took their words. I stopped my car and found out while the sizes were right, it was a no brand tire that barely cost 1/5 of what I paid for. I had to go back again. This time they claimed that they don't have what they sold me in stock. They gave me Dunlop instead. Story doesn't end here... A few days later, check engine light came on. My mechanic friend told me the light went off in the first place because the computer was reset and the check engine light went off, once i drove it a little bit, whatever problem i had triggered the check engine light again. I said i'll let it go, they really scared me the way the did business. Then my friend noticed a whole bunch of wiring hanging loose under my car. I remember taking my car to another place before Deepa to do some work in that area and a new part was put in. Now in place of the new part is a used one. This place agreed to put in a new one again free of labor, but I have to pay for the part again. I called Deepa they admitted to having swapped it, told me will return the part, i said i'm having a new one put in already. They refused to pay me for it until i threatened to call the cops. When I got there, they refused to pay for the taxes that I paid the other place. In short, liars, thieves, unprofessional. more

These guys ripped me off several times. They never understand or don't want to fix the real problem, and instead suggest some expensive procedure that usually won't address it. In the latest instance, I went to them with a problematic car a/c. In spite of my doubts, they suggested a $150 a/c service will fix it, which of course it didn't. I'm still driving around in the heat of summer with a broken a/c. I don't rush to judgment, hence gave them a few chances with my car. Now I won't return there again! more

I went to fix my car at three different places but i no body can fixit and i have to pay for every time. so one of my fried suggested my deepa auto reapir and i went ther and they fix my car problem. i really appreciated with mechanic of deepa autor reapir. now i dont get any problem.. more

I gave my car for service recently to fix a problem. They diagonosed something else and changed parts that costed me more than $600. When I received my car it had the same old problem. When I complained them again the person said the belt has become loose and he took 10 minutes to tight it to resolve the earlier problem. I have been going to them for last many years because of their location. However, I decided that NO MORE. more

This is the one of the worst car service , I ever seen it. I went for the issue with axel but they were claiming something else and for the diagnosis they charged $48 witch is free in other services. Avoid to go there for anything more

I came across this place when I was looking for a place to take my car to. I wish i had never walked in the door. After my car was serviced with them, it ended up having more problems than it did before. I took it to someone else and they told me that the mechanics here, had tampered with my car. Beware if you go here because in my case, they were out to make more money. more

This was the worst mechanic experience I ever had. I just went for wheel alignment and my transmission got quite screwed up. Right on the way back, the transmission smoked and the steering wheel jammed in the middle of the highway. I almost saved myself. more
