My mother in law who has had several strokes lived with us for a couple months last year and stayed in our guest room. She is an avid coffee drinker (2-3 pots a day) and would try to carry her coffee from the kitchen to the bedroom spilling coffee all over the carpet on the way. \r We have had two different companies come out to clean the carpets and neither of them could get the carpet to look even halfway decent. Both companies told me that it was as good as it was going to get. \r I heard a commercial for Deep Eddy on the radio and thought I'd give it one more shot. They were more expensive than most places but totally worth it! I'm so happy I called. The carpet looks new! I believe that it is common knowledge that Deep Eddy is one of the best carpet cleaners in South Texas. I just drove 60 miles one way to pick up four of my Navajo rugs from the only carpet cleaner in this area that I trust with delicate top end carpets. more

When I was moving out of one of my apartments my carpet was pretty shot. I called this place and they did an excellent job at getting my carpets cleaned. It sure beat cleaning it myself...and they were able to do it faster than I could. more

I had them into my house to see what they could do with my old leather couch. They were honest about the fact that it was not going to look like new, but I was pleased with what they could do. It looked much better than before and it was cheaper than getting a new sofa. more

I was very disappointed in the lack of care which was given to my one-of-a-kind Indian silk carpet. The first time I picked it up, the carpet had been rolled up wet, buckling the fabric. I took it back. The second time, the carpet had been 'brushed"". They obviously did not know how to clean this unique piece of art, and should have been honest enough up front to let me know. DO NOT use them if you value your investment!! more
