Refreshingly genuine and tremendous product knowledge. We've heard lots of horror stories about shady contractors, and were very wary of any type of contractor. Now days specially, we just couldn't afford to make a mistake, so we really did our homework. The guys at Deck Pros Plus were true professionals and really gave us the ""PEACE OF MIND"" that the other contractors did not. They did not make us feel rushed or pressured, They were a little late with their target start date (very busy) but our fence turned out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!!!!!!! They put their sign in our yard during the installation and actually ended up building two more fences in our neighborhood and we all could not be happier. Sooooooooo glad we went with them, LOVE MY NEW FENCE !!! \r \r more

I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME!!\r \r Last year, after deciding between a few local fence builders, we chose Deck Pro Plus. What a mistake. Promise after promise was broken even before they started. \r \r 1st problem, they assembled the cross beams wrong and had to take the fence apart to correct it. Therefore, there were extra screw holes in the pickets. Then, they never used the guage/stencil to cut the scallops thus, no two sections look the same. After showing him a neighbors scalloped picket fence and saying that's what i want ours to look like, he cut a scallop on each picket?????? not for a whole section. Now, on side of the yard, the fence is actually a few inches taller than the other side. \r \r Then, about a month after the fence was complete, some of the boards started warping??? Treated wood, warping after a month. Not to mention the gates were all out of whack. Not latching or closing properly. When i called and emailed i was told they would be out there to look at it and take care of it. I've been told this about 4 or 5 times. NOTHING. I've had to buy my own wood to replace the warped boards, but still have a fence that was originally supposed to be 42-48"" tall, that i can almost step over now.\r \r I woudl definately not recommend these folks.
