TERRIBLE. The absolute worst experience we have ever had. The music (this was Sunday) was so LOUD you couln't hear or talk (and it was NOT good music). WE asked the manager to turn it down, and he would NOT!!!! The food was "ok," but very overpriced. The bar was half-empty, but filled with what appeared to be high school kids, drinking and cursing. All posers and losers. We will not go back. EVER. \r \r I never thought I'd say this, but we miss Bush's - which, I will acknowlege, was also not too good - but the clientle Deck 84 apprently markets to is nothing but low life jerks. more

Nothing special about the food but what a great spot to sit and watch the boats pass thru the drawbridge! We sat at the bar for an afternoon snack of tempura shrimp-crisp but very greasy and some bland guacamole. more

Waste of money! Nice view / location for mother's day dinner.......food was awful! We are not complainers but server didn't even ask why we left almost all our food. So bad! more

If you like bloody Marys then you have to hit Deck 84 on a Sunday to enjoy their bloody Mary bar. They give you a glass of vodka and you do the rest. Hot sauces, cheeses, peppers, pickles and more. You get to make it just the way you like it. Plus their flat bread is amazing. Great place for a Sunday Funday! more

I loved the Mahi on Rice - the Swordfish was also great. \r It is busy and crowded but the food is worth it! more

I went here for a couple of drinks and an appetizer at around 6 p.m. on a week night and it was beyond crowded. Finally found a bar stool after circling a couple of times. OK - I know technically it's still "season" but this was nuts. I never even got to order an appetizer because it was so crowded and the bar staff was severely understaffed. It looks like they did little to the decor from the last place that was there - really not worth a visit even though it's on the Intracoastal. more

My boyfriend and I went for lunch this past weekend 8/14/11 and we each had a burger with fries here. What we failed to realize and what the consumer needs to be aware about is that the prices here have skyrocketed since they first opened. Sodas are $3 each. Our burger was $14 each to BEGIN with, and they try to trick you into adding more toppings to your burger. What we didn't realize was that each topping is $2 extra. My boyfriend ended up paying with tip $50 for 2 burgers and 2 sodas! NOT WORTH IT. Even at the finer dining restaurants a burger is $12 maximum AND includes toppings like cheese, etc already. This place is a joke. And our server had a cocky suttle attitude as well when I was trying to order. I knew exactly what I wanted and he wouldn't let me finish speaking my order to him. He kind of rolled his eyes and tried to "upsell" my burger by suggesting some more outrageous toppings to add onto it. This place is a complete rip off. Oh, and I forgot to mention how upon arriving, we walked up to the hostess stand and we had to say HI to the hostess first before she could even open her mouth. Its always great to go somewhere in which the customer greets the staff first right?? I pity the fool that tries to go here, you will be completely screwed. more

Deck 84 is a great place to have a few drinks and enjoy the nightlife in Delray. The Mediterranean platter is vety good as well as the fish tacos. Very chill atmosphere on the deck. A definite must visit while in Delray. more

No wonder Rappaport's last venture failed miserably, and this one will too, no doubt (where does he get these idiots to invest?). PB resteraunt guru, my eye! He is trying to turn DR beach in Boca in the late 90s. The food here is mediocre at best (although reasonably priced, I'll admit) we had four different entres, and not ONE was good at all (we sent TWO back). The service is abysmal, everyone in this place seems to have an ATTIUDE (it is very annoying). The music is so loud you can't think, much less talk, and when we asked for the manager to turn it down, he/she never even arrived at out table!. We overheard the bartender try to charge a couple almost DOUBLE for their drinks ( glass of wine was RIDICULOUSLY overpriced!!), and you HAVE to vallet park your car!!!!!! The place is an absolute joke, avoid at all costs. . more

The food is fabulous and the view of the intercoastal is the perfect South Florida atmosphere! It was so fun to watch the yachts go by and the bridge go up while dining! This restaurant is exactly what Delray was missing- casual, waterfront dining. I recommend the ahi tuna flatbread or the flank steak- they were both delish!! more

I made reservations via Open Table for 5. When we approached the Host stand we were seated immediatly. Even for a busy evening, we were greeted promptly by our server. He took our drink orders and came back as we were still perusing the menu. He suggested the Mediterranean Plate and we all agreed. We then ordered our entrees. After we received our appetizer--which was delicious--we recieved our entrees. Our server timed our meal out perfectly. We never waited too long for anything. The guests I was with are very picky with food and absolutely admired the food. more

We had brunch there and it was the worst. We are locals and thought we would try it since Bush's closed.\r \r The service was horrible and the brunch menu is nothing like Old Calypso. The lunch menu was nothing like Bogart's. \r \r The bloody mary bar is absurd.\r \r With over 200 restaurants in Delray to choose from Deck 84 will not make it when season ends. You don't survive in Delray unless you are good.\r \r The breakfast burrito had human hair in it and the wine glass was filthy.\r \r The location is beautiful and that's about it and we are not going back. more
