This hotel is very close to downtown thats the great part about it and it has a kitchen. However, the hotel owner is very rude and impolite. I am a veteran who suffers from severe PTSD AND MST. I came here for the week to be close to the Dept of Veteran Affairs hospital. First of all, I had my two pets which weigh a total of 15 pounds together I was willing to pay any amout of pet fee however, the fee was 70.00 added to the 280.00 a week I said what. I then arranged my pets to be taken else where. Then I asked about the free wifi that was offered and she rudely said my husband working on it. Ok. Then in the mornings about 9 the housekeeping is so GHETTO. She beats on the door once and comes in. Every morning this happen. Ok. Now the ticker, I suffer from MST-. This morning they sent a stranger who was not apart of the staff to tell me to come to the front desk. And housekeeping screaming from the second floor talking about what you don did girl. I was completely embrassed. No professionalism a tall. I walk in the front office before I could say good morning she abruptly cuts me off check out now today. I said ma' why what did i do. Just check out now. I politite said it again. She walked to the window, yea they have a barricade, starts rolling her neck saying my husband is complaining about wifi when I have other customers who pays me 1000's a month and theyer more patient. Remember free wifi is advertised. It was no talking to this woman. I politely exit the office and said ok. I orginally suppose to check out Wednes. but shes making me leave today. I was gaven no receipt, they pencil the date and time in for 1141pm and I had gotten there at 1230am which is wednes. morning. I tell you. I have never been treated so bloutly with so much disresppect. I was so hurt I almost had another panic attack. I am to old and sick for this. No prorated fee back no compenstation for the internet. She tells customers to use the city of decatur internet when it s much slower, and sometimes doesnt connect. I am a business owner and Webdesigner. I never been treated so bad on AMERICAN SOIL.
