I've worked with Debbie three times for three big issues and all three times I blew right past my goals. Right after I received my book contract, I went to Debbie to remove any self doubt or unseen barriers to writing a great book. When I turned in the manuscript, my editor called to say I'd written a spiritual how-to that was a ""page turner."" There's no doubt in my mind that hypnosis opened access to my inner wisdom and I was able to extract that wisdom and put it on the page for others. Debbie is not a typical hypnotist. I have known Debbie since August of 2007. She is one of the kindest most caring person I have meet in a long time. Plus an extremely great hyponotist. I find it hard to believe that anyone could say anything bad about her.\r As far as the money issue. Just because that person didn't get the results they expected they are not entitled to a refund. When I pay for an art class I don't get a refund if I don't get to the classes. Or if I don't get the results I wanted. You pay for services and that is the way it is. \r I know for a fact that Debbie is not about the money. \r I recommend her as highly as can be recommended. You will not find a better professional than her anywhere. I'm a consultant, which means I must be at my client's call when ever or where ever. Recently, I was called upon to develop and instruct a training session for other professionals in my field in North Carolina. I hadn't done this type of work for 20 years. I started having trouble sleeping and became very anxious about the presentation. I talked to an associate of mine and she suggested that I see Debbie Lane. After the session and using the CD Debbie gave me I went up to North Carolina and gave a fantastic training session. Many colleagues and the client expressed what a great job I did on the presentation. I have to attribute this success to Debbie as she helped me by-pass the negative thoughts and habits. I had such a great training session that I remembered my notes verbatim and hardly had to look at my notes at all during the session. I originally went to see Debbie through the recommendation of a friend who is a therapist in the local community. My original intention was to try hypnosis to conquer my fear of heights....of which I mastered successfully....and has allowed me to Enjoy So Many New Adventures! I felt very comfortable with Debbie and she has the ability to allow you to feel Safe while you are in trance. I continued my work with her with other issues that I had longed for change....and was able to continue through her generous offer of a package. I started seeing Debbie Lane after a weekend away with my husband. I have always suffered panic attacks but for some reason the weekend was one attack after the other. My sister had seen Debbie and loved her. She highly recommended her to me. I had six sessions streched out over a few months. She is so awesome to talk to and is so filled with coping skills and ideas. She not only has me well on my way to recovery but is helping me in my business as well. I was nearly housebound with agoraphobia and now i am out and about. I am no longer dwelling on that panic. She taught me so many coping skills. When I left her chair after my session I was more relaxed then when I would have a total massage. The whole experience was awesome. I had never had hypnosis before and fought it in the beginning. I will go back whenever I need again. The tapes that she sends you of your session are great reminders of what needs done to accomplish our goals. There are many therapists who provide hypnosis in this general area...the waiting room is a great place to get feedback...being pressured to buy a package deal is not something appealing to me personally. I think hypnosis is wonderful...being pressured into buying package deals is not...look for other nearby practitioners who will let you have one session at a time. Many such practitioners do exist...quite nearby!!!!. Cons: Pressured!!!! more

I am so happy. I reached my goal through hypnosis! I purchased a package (deeply discounted from the indiviual session price) as my commitment to myself. I'm glad I did because it wasn't always easy. I had initially gone to see Debbie Lane and prepaid for 5 sessions for $500. I went to three and gave it a good effort but the last two sessions were just no good. So I decided to ask for a refund for the final two sessions as she was unable to meet my needs. I even agreed to pay full price of $125 for the three sessions I did receive and just take the $125 difference for what I had prepaid. This was refused. I was shocked as she had repeatedly told me I was a favorite client and she wanted only what was best for me. What was best for me was to find another hypnotist that could meet my needs. Her true colors showed through when in response to my third request for a refund (the first two were ignored) she told me she had spoken to her ""legal adviser"" and he told her she didn't have to give me a refund so she wasn't going to. There was no written agreement regarding this, there is no refund policy anywhere (as of 06/07).\r \r I guess ""what was best for me"" wasn't worth $125 to her. It's a shame really, but in my opinion, this woman cannot be trusted and does not deserve your faith or trust in such personal matters. I wouldn't give my money to anyone who cares only for her bottom line rather than what is in the best interest of her client who was receiving no benefit from her service. I got more benefit from a $20 pre recorded session from a hypnosis website than I did with her. She did have a great ability of manipulating me into trusting her when I clearly should not have. Let my $500 lesson save you from paying for your own. $125 means more to her than your well being. more
