I am a real estate agent with Perfect Properties Realty. I have had my worst expericence ever in my real estate career. I have had a closing for a month now and I still have not gotten paid. For the past three weeks I have not had any communication from the broker, she had just vanished with my $4100.00. Upon my investigation I found other R.E. agents with this similar experience. i am moved from Queens NY and some one there gave me her name. They met her when they came down for carnival in May last year. Anyway she gave me names of lenders to call when I asked and when i got approved she found me a house less than my price range. I was excited and happy. She even picked me up from the airport when i was looking. I like her and have sent others to her.... you will too. A friend gave me Debby's number and when I called her i liked her immediately, very pleasant and knows Atlanta. I moved from Cape Coral Florida and didn't know much about Atlanta. I was frustrated looking for a good realtor in Atlanta (spoke to several but nothing came of it--they never called me back most times). I finally called this lady because one of my friends gave me her card from somewhere. Well, I called her and left a msg. She called me back before I could hang up the phone. I told her my plans to come to Atlanta one weekend and she said she could show me some homes. Well, not only did she do that, she also picked me up from the airport because my friend was at work. She showed me only the homes that were within my budget. She helped me with everything!! I have already recommended her to 3 other people! More realtors should be like her, about their business!
