This store hates children and parents. Two other mothers and myself entered this stored with our girls (we are Dogwood elementary families). My daughter dared to look and touched a stuff animal that she wanted me to get for her. An old lady, who worked at the stored (we don't know if she was the owner or the manager) in a very rude and bully way ask my daughter and the rest of the girls (11 yrs old) not to touch anything in the store, not to run, or make a noise. When one of my friends saw the rude way this lady approached the girls, she confronted her and we were asked to leave the store. This is not the first time we have visited a Hallmark store with our daughters, who by the way they are well mannered girls. No where in the store we saw a sign saying that no merchandise is to be touched. Never this lady approached us to inform us of the ""no touching toys"" policies. This is a horrible woman who hates children and parents. I would never ever recommend this place to any parent. If you dare to step in to this store with your children, be aware that you will be bully out by this hateful woman. You can be sure that we will tell all our friends about our horrible experience at your store.
