Their customer service was lacking.
Their knowledge was poor
When we moved and got our policies updated, they didnt tell us all the facts about updating our policy, and it ended up costing us more.
I have been here 3 months now in reedsport, and I have yet to see my actual "st farm agent". Instead I get the two receptionists, who are nice, but lacking in customer service.
I have been a St Farm customer for over 15 years and I've never seen service this bad. Now, I pay my bills online, so that I dont have to deal with the customer service reps.
