Very trustworthy, great service! 11/3/2005

Dean is a great guy. He made my wedding band when I couldn't find something to match my engagement setting. 10 years later he still remembers me and offer to polish my ring when I come in. He's able to make anything you could desire. He's also very trustworthy for repairs and to me, you can't put a price on that. I've been going to Dean for over 15 years and the service as always been fabulous. Dean's is a great addition to downtown Los Altos. more

Pretty, pricey! 8/17/2005

I've never bought jewelry from Dean's, but I do find lots of pretty things to drool over every time I go in. I used them several times for jewelry repair, and had been happy with their work if not their prices. I called around and found another place (Diamonds of Palo Alto) who seems to charge less for repairs, and has a faster turnaround to boot. But it's still a good place to window shop! more
