Deana's Dog House

I'm writing this review because this is how i scope out places before i go. Positive or negative feedback. I read more good then bad on the reviews so i took my new puppy and had her cleaned up. I was very happy with the results of what my puppy looked like. She didn't seem hurt(ex.nipped or cut under the fur) I give them two thumbs up and if it was any info that i needed to know they informed me. They trimmed the hair away from her eyes and clipped her nails, Her fur was so bouncy and clean they did what i asked for and more. I have nothing bad to say. And im a very picky person myself if there were flaws i would be more than happy to let you know. Matter of facts she's on the way there for another grooming to day. more

Highly recommended, and as for melmelmckinneys comment i was in deana's dog house when she took her dog there, her dog was matted, infested w fleas and was covered in a yeast infection, melmel should have been reported to SPCA for abuse of her dog, when you only groom your dog one time a year you cant have anything but a shave, but being i am a loyal customer of deana's (she has groomed my dogs for 6 years now ) i did not report the owner, i see now that i should have, that woman should take care of her dog insted of writing bad reviews on groomers that don't have magic wands to reverse her poor ownership of a dog. Deana and her staff (same staff for 6 yrs) have always been kind to me and my pets and i have never had one bad experience or bad hair cut. more

After reading the previous review written by ""melmelmckinney"" and also having first hand experience with Deana's Dog House, I feel the need to write this review. I have a very difficult pekingese; so difficult in fact, that many groomers have turned him away or forced the issue of sedation before they would even agree to cut his hair. Deana was able to groom my dog with no major problems, and I am 100% pleased with the results. I already have another appointment to bring my dog back to her shop. \r \r I find it very hard to believe that Deana would say the things the previous reviewer quoted. and do not believe she would have as many return customers if she did. I will be recommending Deana's Dog House to everyone I know. more

Deanna's doghouse is not an ideal place to take your beloved pet. i recently took my poodle there and asked for a show cut when i picked her up she was completly shaved. She looked like she was groomed by a three year old! She also had knicks all over her face from the razor! she was terrible looking. Then i attempted to tell deana how i felt and asked for a refund and she cussed me out and said ""YOU ARE NOT GETTING A DIME FROM ME IM TIRED OF PEOPLE WHO ARNT REGULARS COMING IN HERE COMPLAINING. I LOOKED AT YOUR CHART AND ITS BEEN LIKE A YEAR SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN INN HERE SO IT AINT LIKE YOU PAY MY BILLS SO I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS OR EVEN YOUR BUISNESS. NOW IMM GETTING OFF THIS PHONE I HAVE REGULARS HERE TO TAKE CARE OF I CANT BE WASTING MY TIME ON YOU!"" then she hung up. i called back and she went off again cussing and acting a fool. so any way im letting everyone know how she treats her customers and advise you to take your pet to a good groomer b/c Deanna obviously dont care about pets and she is in the wrong proffesion. more

If you want your fur babies to be treated like family members while getting spruced up, this is the place for them! Wonderful, caring people who take pride in their work, and will listen to what YOU want for your pet. Reasonable pricing and excellent staff! more
