I would rather buy a good pair of shoes and walk everywhere than buy another car at this dealership. The management team is so bad that I would fire them instantly if I owned the dealership. These guys can cost the dealership a lot of business.
I went into the dealership on a Saturday morning at 9:45 to find an empty showroom when they opened for business at 9:00. I called the dealership 3 times from my cell phone while standing in the showroom and nobody answered. after 10 minutes of walking around in the showroom yelling "HELLO" I got frustrated and began blowing the horn in the showroom. Someone came out and told me that everyone was in a sales meeting and I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes???? Who taught them that meetings are more important than customers?
When I experienced severe safety issues that required my vehicle to be repurchased by GM, the dealership was not willing to help me in any way.
When it was time to finally get rid of my problem, the dealership took the stand that since they were not making money on the deal and that man hours would be spent, they refused to do the paperwork and told me to find another dealership to do the paperwork.
If you think this is good customer service then you should buy here. If you agree with me that this is offensive customer service...use your own instincts. I know that I will never buy there again.
CAN YOU IMAGINE ANY DEALERSHIP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN TODAY'S ECONOMY?
My nightmare has been going on for 11 months and I have purchased a new Mustang for my wife and a new Honda Pilot for myself. I needed something to drive for work and I purchased both from another dealer. I hope these guys experience the same service at the unemployment office!(Just my personal opinion)
EVERYTHING WRITTEN HERE IS BASED UPON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND YOU SHOULD USE YOUR JUDGEMENT WHEN PURCHASING A CAR!!!
