The doctors are okay at the clinic, but it is a NIGHTMARE to deal with the scheduling or billing department. My most recent bad experience was when my company changed insurance plans. We didn't have our new cards, so even though my insurance provide told them I was covered, I had to pay out of pocket because I didn't have a number yet. It is six weeks after my insurance company reimbursed them, and I am still trying to get my reimbursement. I wait on hold for long periods when I call (at least ten minutes), and my phone calls are often not returned. I recommend going somewhere else!
