This dealer will kick you while you are down! Tried to charged me $1600 for a timing change (2003 Jetta TDI 5 speed) with water pump when I brought it in for a diag. because I was afraid I was not going to make it home. Escondido only wanted $1284 which was in the ball park of others more

Great Service no Upsales 7/30/2010

I purchased my Audi from another dealership but chose to do maintenance here. I really like this place vs my previous dealership because I never get any upsales just what is needed. I wish that Audi's free maintenance was more frequent so that I could get the free car wash. If you own an Audi give them a shot. Pros: Absolutely no upsales in service Cons: nothing comes to my mind more
