Deaf Ear has been around forever in one place or another in La Crosse. They have all kinds of vinyl, CD's, movies, and just started to carry video games. They also have a ton of body jewelry which is convenient since there are two tattoo shops nearby. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you're buying used things, and they can special order you most anything that's still in print -- no extra cost. In a time when independent record stores are disappearing, Deaf Ear seems to be thriving which makes downtown La Crosse that much more interesting a place to visit.
