Great Company to Do Business With 12/8/2010

Great people to do business with. I purchased a new A/C & Heating System from DePriest and there guys did a great job.I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years they are honest and reliable I have had excellent and quick service from there service department I would highly recommend this company. more

RIPPED OFF BY DEPRIEST 8/20/2010

Worst service ever. They lie, they cheat, they rip you off. My house is moldy because of their mistake and they charged me extra money and said there was nothing wrong. The fan wasn't running and my electric bill was double after there previous service. They left the thermostat on fan which used additional electricity and can burn out the motor. (Which they just replaced because the one they sold us didn't last through the warranty) They also charged service fees to replace the motor. Charged us $90 and said nothing was wrong. PLEASE!!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY"LL LIE TO YOU AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Service is horrible - Company Rips you Off 8/20/2010

Worst experience ever. They ripped us off. Put in a new motor last year. Needed to be replaced again this year. Charged additional labor although it was still under warranty. Changed the motor out and did something with the thermostat. more

Best Service and Price 8/1/2008

These are the guys to go to. They will coma at a moments notice to fix you unit even if they are not the ones who put it in. Barry is awesome. What a great guy. more
