DeMonia's Heating & Cooling

We've utilized DeMonia's Heating & Cooling 3 times now. 1 time was to repair a fan in our AC unit in the summer of 2009. Most recently was for a complete AC system removal and install. Pros: Better prices than competition, quick response, same techs more

BEWARE of this company they will not come back to repair the poor work they do ,in the first year the Freon leaked out of our A/C unit and needed repaired , Billy told us that we would get more ducts and we got none and we had to get them put in later ,I asked him not to put the intake in the kitchen but he said it would be fine and it sounded like a jet plane in my home every time the furnace kicked on and it had to be moved ,the chimney sleeve was never properly mounted and rattled in the wind and had to be mounted the correct way ,there was a rattling duct in the house that 5 years later i found out that there was only 2 sides of the intake(i did not want) out of 4 sides were not bolted down ,had to replace 4 parts in 2 year ,They dont do there own work its all subcontracted out , Do your self a favor spend more on a honest person Pros: No Pros with this Rip Off Cons: All Cons he is a Con man more

They sell you the job, then send out sub-contractors - that they don't monitor - who eventually either quit the job due to non-payment from DeMonia. Or if they finish it, the work is not guaranteed if any repairs are needed. After, you pay them they no longer answer the phone! more

It was realy good in the beginning. But 2 and 1/2 months passed the scheduled completion date but the job still is not finished. more
