Tankless water heater service 1/6/2018

Rene R responded to our request - our tankless water heater would not ignite. Called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived quickly. Worked the problem and restored hot water until system maintenance can be performed. Rene is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. With an employee like Rene representing the company, I didn't think twice about signing up for DeHart's annual maintenance program. more

Care and Great Customer Service 6/18/2017

Richard D was very knowledgeable and guided us on what steps to take with talking with the manufacture of the oven. Even took the time to show us proper care with turning on and off the main gas line to the house. Was impressed with the time he took to evaluate our gas line problem with the oven and talk with us. Fantastic service. more

My neighbor is getting work done 6/14/2017

Isn't he suppose to be working . Well anyways I wouldn't want him doing work at my house. He doesn't look like a honest person and doesn't seem like hes getting anything done by walking around and sitting inside his truck most of the day more

He seemed very concern to getting the problem fixed immediately and respected the care needed regarding medical issues we had with in the home. He was friendly, supportive and thorough.
