Its not over 5/2/2011

I would like to say thank you to you and your staff Mr. DeLuca, from the time I watched you on TV that day I feel like and knew that is was not over, I have another chance to start over. Thank you for your honesty on modification, you helped me to make the right choice.Dont change anything, the most pleasant business experience I had in a long time. Your should bottle it and sell it to other businesses. more

Start to Finish 4/25/2011

From start to finishing the signing the whole chapter 7 process was very quick and painless, and everyone seemed very good at what they do. more

The Best BK Firm 4/11/2011

DeLuca & Associates were the third BK attorney I talked with. Their fees were reasonable, they did not try and talk me into walking away from my primary residence. This was/is a very BIG step for us. I wished we didn't have to file BK, but they made the process a little easier.\r Thank you!\r more

Take Care of Your Family First 4/5/2011

DeLuca & Associates helped us to understand that although we were taught to protect our credit tenasciously and our good name and standing in the finance (banking) world, the so called ""banks"" do not care if you lost your job and trying your best to save your credit-they really don't care and will take everything you have (and more important to them-drag your good name and thrash your credit along the way!)\r more

A friend used DeLuca and Associates. I had already paid a retainer with another firm and I am so glad that I switched to DeLuca and Associates. wanted to file a Chapter 7 and they ( the other firm) were having me file a 13 with a possibility of filing a 7 later. Don't know how that would have worked, did not feel comfortable with that.\r At DeLuca I felt that everyone was very professional during this stressful process. You receptionist has an outstanding personality! He really makes one feel welcome! Thanks. You are the first person one meets when stepping off the elevator and you radiate DeLuca nad Associates. more

Impressed 2/7/2011

I had consults with other firms and my expectations were low, so coming here dealing with this firm was a pleasure. Chris at the reception area was very nice to my son and gave him a coloring book and crayons to keep him busy more

I can't speak for everyone, but this is hard to say that you don't have control of your finances. Your firm never made me feel guilty or like a loser. They just helped me thru the process of getting my life back. Your firm is friendly and professional. You made this decision easy for me.
