We are a complete Veterinary Care Animal Hospital with a special interest in small animal medicine. The de la Houssaye Animal Hospital is owned by Lionel L. de la Houssaye Jr. D.V.M. It is the mission and purpose of de la Houssaye Animal Hospital to help our clients realize a greater bond between themselves and their family pet through a comprehensive program of pet wellness care unmatched by any other. Our Clients and their family pet will recieve our total effort and dedication in achieving this bond. Boarding Boarding is available for all breeds of cats and dogs as well as some exotic pets. Our boarding facility is 100% climate controlled with air conditioning and heating. Bathing and Dipping of your pets is also available.Walk-ins are welcome but we prefer and stress appointments so as to be able to afford our clients quality time as much as possible. Surgeries and/or other procedures that require anesthesia of any kind are scheduled by appointment unless treatment is required due to an emergency. Any exceptions must be approved by the attending veterinarian. These procedures are scheduled on M,T,TH,F All routine diagnostic laboratory testing is done in the hospital. This includes ultra sound,bloodwork,parasite checks,x-rays,electrocardiogram,cytology,etc. Some specific testing does require outside laboratory involvement. Both hospital locations are fully equipped to perform the necessary lab diagnostics on site for your convenience and to afford your family pet the p rompt attention it needs and deserves.
