I don't know how this company stays in business. They are slow and unresponsive. If you plan on doing business with them be ready to wait, then wait some more, and then wait some more. The only thing they do quickly is cash your check.\r

My childs varsity jacket was ordered on June 2. They cashed the check on June 3rd. They told us the jacket would be ready by the first week of Sept. I'm not sure why it takes three months but ok its the summer and she's not going to wear it anyway.\r

I call the first week of sept to get an update and verify that it would be shipping. They don't answer the phone. 25 calls later with no one picking up the phone or returning a message I call our High School. They try and contact them through an email. I call two hours later and some one finally answers the phone. He asks me what school, name, and sport. Puts me on hold and goes to get the information. He comes back with a confused tone and says ""what school?, Whats the name? Whats the sport?"". He then puts me on hold again and comes back and says the jacket will ship the week of sept 26.\r

Ok fine I wait until the week of Sept. 26. I call back to get an update and verify the jacket shipped. Amazingly after only 15 calls some one picks up. We then proceed to got through the whole excercise again, confused tone ""what school?, Whats the name? Whats the sport?"". I'm put on hold and he comes back and says, ""those jackets shipped. you didn't get it?"" I tell him no and then he says ok give me your number and I will call you back. \r

This all happened on a Monday. It is now Friday and I have called at least 30 times this week with no one picking up the phone or returning a message. I never received a return call and I still don't have the jacket I paid for 4 months ago.\r

Now my daughter is gong to letter in another sport this fall. There is no way on this earth I'm sending it back up to these guys to hold onto for anther 4 months to add stuff the sleeves.\r

My advise is to go else where. Even if you school only uses the one company (so all jackets are uniform) go somewhere else. I would have given zero stars if the website would have let me.\r
