It's been 4 months since we had our new windows installed. We've been through hot, windy and cold weather so it's time to report on how we feel about our new windows.\r

My husband has a hard time spending money on certain things and windows was one of them, but he relented and now I can't stop him from saying it was one of the best things we did for our 32 year old house. (It was our 30th anniversary of moving into our house when we got the windows installed)\r

This summer when it was over 100, before we had to keep our swamp cooler on all night to keep cool, but not this summer we turned it off at night and it stayed cool in the house all night. We live in Washoe Valley and before when the wind blew you could feel all the grit on the windowsill, but now no grit. They are that sealed, it keeps it out! Plus it keeps out noise, before you could hear the wind, cars and barking dogs. My neighbor said too me a few days ago did the wind keep you awake last night? I said what wind, I didn't hear it at all. My curtains don't move when the wind blows like they use to.\r

The installers were very respectful, polite and cleaned up before they left. We had delivery problems with the shutters and I called (a lot) talked with Leslie, she always had time to talk and listen to me and never got impatience or short with me. More businesses need people like her. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. When we had questions or needed the slider adjusted there has never been a question on the follow up service on having Mark come out. They are there when they say they will be, once he was a few minutes behind and he called! Who does that now days? Usually you wait and wonder if they are still coming and when.\r

We are your average working people; don't spend money without really thinking about it and budgeting for it. So if you are wondering if they are worth the price I hope this helps, because we are so glad we spent they money. They are worth every penny.
