Thick smoke from the owner's chain smoking, hits you the minute you get to the front door. RV was decent, but had issues for 2010 model-2 of 3 beds were so bad, we had to buy air mattresses after the first sleepless night. Radio tuner doesn't work. Kitchen window shade & sliding room dividers were broken. It has some type of electrical problem, causing the campsite gfi c/b to trip immediately. I eventually went to a trailer place (on my vacation) to buy an adaptor, that I had to break the ground prong off of, to keep the gfi from tripping (sacrificing safety, and causing a shock!) The inconvenience was compounded by the fact that the unit didn't have the generator that's "included" in the price - supposedly the people before us burned it out. We had to bring the whole family home from the campground the first night, due to no electric or generator. There's no after hours phone #, so forget about getting help/advice in the evening or on Sunday (which was our first day, when we had the problem). The owner of the last place we rented from (Don's RV) gave us his personal cell phone #, in case there was a problem/question. Deangelis' owner wasn't concerned or apologetic about our inconvenience, gas expense, time lost, etc. Kept trying to blame the electrical problem on the campground! When we originally picked up the RV, we got a quick demo, that didn't include many important items - valve to release the shower/sink water (we thought we had a clog, but couldn't call them, since it was 6pm, after they closed!), how to start the gas oven, etc. Make sure everything's plugged into full power, and running (A/C, hot water heater, oven, radio, TV, etc.) before renting (somewhere else, if you're smart!). Then, the place they suggest, to refill the propane (for stove, and oven we couldn't turn on) is closed on Saturdays, so I had to drive an extra 15 miles for $5.22 worth of propane, because they refused to take it back as it was, even after all our trouble! Unbelievable! I wouldn't rent a screwdriver from them!
