DCCCA has been operational for more than 30 years and provides a variety of human services, including, coordination, prevention and treatment of alcoholism and drug dependency. It provides detoxification, residential intermediate care, reintegration and outpatient services for adults and youths. The organization offers family preservation, case management, substance abuse counseling, domestic violence education, on-site assessments, social detoxification, and cognitive and behavioral therapies. DCCCA offers a range of specialized offender services, including female sex offender treatment, anger management and co-occurring mental health treatment.
