Amazing...Amazing...Amazing...The whole staff was absolutely amazing. My sales Person Paul B. (sorry Paul but I could not even attempt to spell your last name but I would tell anyone to ask for you). Paul was absolutely the greatest. His manager James Daly came in and made the process go so smoothly. He called around and actually had someone come down and take a look at my car. I think James Daly is the most professional person I have ever encountered. The person who bought my car paid me more than I would have been able to sell it for on my own for. James Daly is a terrific person. I really appreciate the effort he puts into my deal and the ones afterwards. I brought two people down and they bought cars and they wrote me a check for $200.00 each. $400 is more than my payment on BRAND NEW Prius. I bought at the perfect time because I got at loan with 0 percent interest for 72 months. I would do anything for these guys the legitimately care about me and my family. Thank You. more

WOW....What an experience. I was so impressed with Seymour Small and the whole staff at Daytona Toyota. The sales manager James Daly found a way to make a deal when no other dealer did. I am so thankful for what the team did. I had a small issue and was worried they were not going to handle it; however, James Daly went above and beyond and made it better than I could have ever anticipated. Please go see these guys. On October 11, 2006, JJ who is the second owner to a 2006 Scion we purchased from Daytona Beach Toyota/Scion. The brake system when out on the car in June 2006 and DeLand Toyota fix them without any charge. Now the brakes are giving Jasmine problems again and so she when to DeLand Toyota, but was told it would cost $180 to repair them. Not having the money at the time she was not able to get the brakes fixed. The car is not even a complete year old and the brakes are major trouble. She took the car back to Daytona Toyota where she brought the car to see if she could get a better deal and get her free life time oil change. She was told by Daytona Toyota it would cost $250. She told them no thank and that she would take it back to DeLand Toyota for $180. On the estimate it said cost was $0, but upon pick up she was told it would cost her $40. Now, she did not have any money and stated to them that DeLand Toyota did not charge her to check the car. She was told to go back to DeLand Toyota and that if she did not pay the $40 she would lose her free life time oil changes. I know for a fact that a lifetime free oil change on a Scion is not equal to $40. I called to the office to complain because I feel someone should have told her verbally that there was a $40 charge or it should have been put on the estimate. I am very displeased with the Daytona Toyota/Scion on the poor customer services from the repair shop and at this time would not recommend anyone to that store. I believe is necessary to take a new car to a mechanic before you buy it. more
