The car has been nothing but troble since day one 3/9/2014

My two year old Hyundai accent -- which I purchased new -- has been back and forth for service DOZENS of times - AND as luck have it - I got in the car to drive to work this morning and the engine light is ON AGAIN !!! I was just there 10 days ago for what appears to be the same problem - This is going to be the SIXTH time i'm bringing the car in for the SAME problem - The car is a horror more

In the last seven years I've had three new vehicles. I never had the same salesperson. The consistent thing has been great service. The service rep I deal with most of the time is Doug M. and when I can't deal with him the rest are great too. more

Excellant Service and fair prices 2/26/2014

Although I choose to travel from Palm Coast to Daytona, I feel it's worth it. I'm able to schedule my service via email, the personal are friendly and helpful and the service is completed within a reasonable amount of time along with giving your car a complimentary wash! The only issue was receiving a savings coupon via email, just 2 days after I had the work done. more

Communication 2/21/2014

My only con is I don't feel there is good communication between departments. Oil change example. We were given 8 free oil changes. This should be in your system. Please don't try to charge me and attempt to get me to do things that are not necessary at the time. more

Doug service advisor 2/14/2014

Doug only cares about himself and his commission. My last experience with him he lied to my face and broke a promise about making it to dr appt on time which I was 45 min late to. The rest of the staff including his boss Eric is the reason I go back to Daytona Hyundai more
