My husband and I have always bought our jewelery at Days, and my parents before us. This past summer he bought me a ring and earring set while we were on vacation in Maine. Holding on to it until now to give me the gift. I called to return the gift and was told NO, it was past the 30 days. Nothing they could do for me. End of story. I can exchange it next summer when I go back to Maine if I want. I was told that it is POLICY. I have worked in customer service before, you can always do something in situations to help out the customer. They have lost life long customers.
