We were cordially greeted and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast meal was excellent with eggs, sausage, pancakes and juice and milk. would be happy to stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was pretty good. The room was decently clean and the service was great. Everyone was kind. The location was very convenient. It was near plenty of restraunts and stores. My destination was Rochester so the drive from the hotel to the city wasn't too bad at all. more

I was on a trip and needed a place to stay for 1 night. I wasn't expecting much because the price seemed too good to be true. However, the room I had was clean, the air conditioner was new and the tv and hot water worked great. Not sure why some other reviews were so harsh. \r If I come back through this way I will definitely give it another try. more

Good breakfast and safe, warm hotel staff, helpful, located in the downtown area, very economical for students , esp for those attending the residency interviews. but no computer facility to check the e-mails, and no in-room microwave. more

This place was pretty nice, especially 5/31/2012

This place was pretty nice, especially considering the price we paid for our stay in comparison to other hotels in the same range. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great. I don't expect high end service at an economy rate, but this place was much better than other places I have stayed. I was also surprised at how much follow up the owner does following a stay. A few days after I checked out I got a survey on my experience, and a couple of days after that I got an e-mail directly from the owner to thank me for my stay. Glad to see that some people take note of feedback. more

We were pleased by the cleanliness of the room, the help of the desk clerk, and the huge hot breakfast with so many options. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer to use the other amenities available! more

Good place 5/10/2012

Good place. I paid $42 (incl. taxes) in mid-January 2012. There are some seedy, filthy and smoke-filled motels in the area that charged over $50 on the same day. The room and the bed were very clean. Room has a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, TV set and alarm clock. Shower drain works well, so you are not standing in a puddle of filthy water. Heater took about 30 mins to warm up the room - but once it was warmed up, it worked well. Tom the concierge was very friendly. Definitely recommend. more
