Bad Business 5/3/2016

These people will not take care of you. I made a reservation online and they would not cancel it. The online company said they would cancel the hotel but needed permission from the owners. The owners would not give permission. We stayed for 2 nights and made reservations for 3 nights. Business ended early and we left town a day early. They were rude and hung up the phone on me. The do not conduct business well. Don't stay here. Save yourself some hassle. more

Not a sunshiney day at the Days Inn 5/19/2007

I made a reservation online for the Days Inn in Great Bend, Ks. I had reserved my room at an "online special rate". There was no place to pay online, just reserve. When checking in at the motel I was given a higher rate than what I reserved at. I had my confirmation email printout, but the manager told me that I had to pay online to get that rate and he would not adjust the rate. The room smelled horrible, bathroom had some mold. Would not stay there again, even at a cheap price. more
