We enjoyed our stay in the last room downstairs , but were awakened several times in the early morning hours by noisy guests leaving through the side door! A locked door after 10 pm. might be considered.
We spent one night and when we received our credit card bill we discovered that we were charged TWICE, the same amount.
Have made 2 phone calls to your office and one month later have not been reimbursed as yet, although the person in charge admitted the mistake, apologized and promised twice to correct it!
Enough is enough and thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my dissatisfaction.
