First off, this is no longer a Days Inn, it is now Sylvania Inn (independent). Generally, the rooms are comfortable, if a little spartan. The bed was very good albeit a little too firm for my taste. The staff was pleasant and helpful for the most part. Motel is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. All rooms contain a small refrigerator and microwave oven. AC/heating unit worked very well. Disabled-access rooms were roomy and easy to get around. The housekeeping staff is efficient and courteous.\r

Those are the hits, now for the misses: the cable television was poor, only a few channels available and reception was less than standard. The vending machines are not stocked regularly. Some repairs on one wall were not painted over. The emergency safety list is very small and difficult to read. The motel advertised free breakfast on their website, but no breakfast was ever served, and the coffee and juice machines are turned off after 9 AM. Two maintenance
